Badger Canyon Family Health & Wellness, PLLC, was founded in 2008 by Shannon P. Dramis, D.O. Dr. Dramis has always desired
to help each individual obtain an optimal state of health and well being. With that goal in mind, she obtained her Doctor of
Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. After graduation, she completed a traditional
internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She then underwent training in Emergency Medicine at the
Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Feeling that she had deviated from her goal of helping patients achieve health
and wellness instead of simply treating disease, she completed her training in Family Medicine at Columbia Hospital in West Palm Beach
in March of 2006. She obtained Board certification in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment from the American
Osteopathic Board of Family Practice in 2006.
Dr. Dramis joined the Heart and Family Health Institute of Port St Lucie,
FL in May of 2006 where she practiced both in-patient and out-patient medicine. During that time, being a firm believer in continual
education, she underwent 300 hours of training in medical acupuncture through the Helms Medical Institute. In 2008, she decided
to relocate and start her own practice in Kennewick, WA, Badger Canyon Family Health & Wellness, where she practices family medicine
for all ages, medical acupuncture, and osteopathic manipulative therapy.
